2002-2010 Deutsche Bahn: corporate strategy department; HR strategy and employer branding, marketing strategy (customer satisfaction reports and innovation management).

2010-2015 Innovation Center for Mobility and Societal Change (InnoZ): Project coordination for multi partner research projects “BeMobility” and “BeMobility 2.0”, director of the “Platform Electric Mobility” (visiting and advanced training center), event management: 2013 Berlin UN High-level Dialogue on Implementing Rio +20 Decisions on Sustainable Cities and Transport, Future Mobility Camp Berlin 2013, 2014, 2015, regular Furture Mobility Meetups.

2015- today Deutsche Bahn DB mindbox: startup manager of DB with accelerator program, challenges and open data activities, responsible for “challenges”, program ““, the Future Mobility Camp and PR.

Other activities are advanced further education lectures at the Danube University Krems „Sustainable Mobility Management“. He is also a Professor at the bbw University of Applied Science in Berlin in “Event Management and Tourism”.

Frank will outline the activities of Deutsche Bahn to speed up digitalization and cultural change by opening the startup and exchange platform DB mindbox in November 2015 in Berlin.
