Together with his fellow student Heiko Butz, Daniel Duarte founded the start-up company koawach in 2014. koawach is a drinking chocolate with guarana that gives you the necessary wake-up kick. Prior to his breakthrough with koawach, the Columbian studied Economics (major) and Politics (minor) (BSc.) and started another degree directly after successfully completing his first. Since 2013, he has been working with the Agricultural and Food Economics (AFECO) (M.SC.) using the knowledge he gathers for his company at the same time. In addition to his professional career, social projects are still important to him. Daniel has supported various organizations over the years. To this day, he ist still committed to the Oikos Köln e.V..
