Christoph is founder and CEO of Ackerdemia, a social business in the field of food education. The educational programme “GemüseAckerdemie” runs at over 100 schools and is highly awarded by Angela Merkel and many others. Before founding Ackerdemia, Christoph studied agricultural economics and obtained his PhD at the Potsdam Institute for Climate Impact Research in mathematical programming of climate change impacts in agriculture. He founded his first business at the age of 14 and his first social business in 2009 in Ghana. Since 2016 he is Ashoka Fellow.
